Would you like to return an item?
You ordered from us, but you don't like the product? No problem!

We make returns easier
We have done away with paper returns documents. You can request your return in a relaxed manner via our support team.

Our returns policy
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded. The processing and refund can take up to 14 days. For more information, take a look at our Cancellation policy for more information.

What you cannot return
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging, including the label. Of course it is okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items that you want to return. 

Items that have been clearly worn or washed will not be refunded or exchanged.
