Data protection

We collect, store and process data for all actions relating to the purchase contract. We comply with the statutory provisions.

When you visit our website, your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit are logged. We also store the type of operating system you are using and the pages you visit. Access to personal data is therefore not possible.

Personal data that you provide to us when placing an order, registering for the newsletter, by e-mail or using the contact form will only be processed and used for the purpose for which you have actively provided us with the data.

Your data must of course be passed on by us to the relevant shipping company if you are to receive a delivery of goods. We may also pass on your payment details to the bank responsible for the payment.

Beyond this, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

Personal data is stored until the purpose for which you provided it to us has been fulfilled. Legal obligations may extend the storage of data for up to 10 years.

You can request the deletion, correction, restriction of processing or complete blocking of your personal data at any time, insofar as this is legally possible. On request, you will receive information about all personal data stored by us free of charge. We will then make this available to you in a standard file format for the purpose of transfer.

The legal basis for data processing results from Art. 6 - EU GDPR.

In the event of any discrepancies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You can reach them at:
