Our return regulations
You can send us back to us in 30 days. As soon as your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the return by email. What you can't send back
Please make sure that all returned articles are in your original condition and are returned to us in the original packaging, including a label. Of course, it is okay to try on an article as well as in a shop, but please wear items that you want to send back. 

Articles that have been clearly worn or washed are excluded from a refund of the purchase price or an exchange.

Returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our return portal. We do not provide you with a label for return from abroad. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you.
