Data protection

In all actions related to the purchase contract, we collect, save and process data. The legal provisions are observed by us.

While you call up our website, your IP address, the browser type and date and time of your visit are logged. The type of your operating system and the pages visited are also saved. It is therefore not possible to access personal data.

Personal data that you provide us with when ordering, registration for the newsletter, by email or contact form are only processed and used for the purpose, for which you have actively provided us with the data.

Of course, your data must be passed on to the relevant shipping company if you are to receive a delivery of goods. We may also pass on your payment data to the credit institution commissioned to pay.

In addition, your personal data will not pass on to third parties.

Personal data will be saved until the purpose is met for which you have told us. Legal obligations may extend the storage of the data up to 10 years.

You can arrange the deletion, correction, restriction of processing or a complete blocking of your personal data, if possible. On request, you will receive information about all personal data that we have stored by us. We will then provide you with this in a usual file standard for the purpose of transmission.

The legal basis of data processing results from Art. 6-EU GDPR.

In the event of all discrepancies, you have the right to complain to the responsible supervisory authority. You can reach this at:
