You want to return an item?
You ordered from us, but you don’t like the product? No problem!
We make returns easier
We have separated from return receipts in paper form. Through our n support, you can easily request your return.

Our return policy
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. As soon as your return has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded. Processing and refund can take up to 14 days. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.
What you can't return
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are returned to us in their original packaging, incl. Labels. Of course, it's okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please don't wear items you want to return.
Items that have been clearly worn or washed are excluded from a refund of the purchase price or an exchange.
Returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a label for returns from abroad. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad will be borne by you.
